Thinking of Buying an Existing Business or Franchise?

Let us help you put the pieces of the puzzle together when thinking of a buying a small business or franchise. The process can be risky and intimidating. Let the experts guide you through the maze, doubling your chances of success.

Part 3

Obtaining Financing to Start or Expand Your Business

Learn about the SBA’s business loan programs. The SBA and other lenders discuss the availability of loan products for Disabled Veterans, Reservists, National Guard Members, Active Duty business owners, and their immediate family members.  Find out directly what lenders look for in a winning loan proposal, how to increase your chances of getting a small business loan, and how the loan application process works – whether you are looking for $5,000 loan or a $5 million loan. SBA Presenters, local lenders, and alternative financiers will be on-hand to discuss various loan programs and financial readiness.

How to Secure Procurement Opportunities Panel

SBA experts, including NJPTAC. Topics covered: pitfalls of VA Verification; registering with SAM, WBE, MBE, SBE, Federal Procurement Contracts and Experienced Veteran Small Business Owners.
